People starting to take notice

Today I had 2 people take notice of my weight loss. It was pretty exciting that they actually noticed and asked what I was doing. Which gave me the chance to tell them about MFP. One guy was like no how are you really loosing the weight. I told him about the site and how it is helping me to make better choices, and making a point of exercising and being about to look back and see exactly what foods and exercise I have done. Not to mention the little tracker bar.

I just had to share the good news. Thanks,
