Hi all:flowerforyou:
I have always found that when dieting everyone (dieticians etc) all suggest exercise which can be very difficult when you are either in a wheelchair or your mobility is limited due to illness. I have rheumatoid arthritis and found there is always something we can do even in small steps to get fitter.

I have started with wii tennis and crunches, i havent got as far as the wii fit yet as these exercises require great balance (not me - yet). I have been doing some bits on wii active for the cardiovascular workout, and set up my own little boxing programme. I will keep you all upto date on how things are going.

There is no race, just keep at your own pace.

If you try, you will succeed.

Every little bit helps, good work!

Losing weight is 80% nutrition 20% exercise. Exercise is great for your heart and body (good-feeling endorphins and such) so the more you can do the better but don't let your abilities keep you away from your goal, just keep on track of your cals and you can be successful.
