Hi! I am new to this site and today is my first day of tracking. I am currently training for a 5k which I will be jogging my first one on July 2nd! I joined this site because I need to get my calories and food intake under control so I can lose the rest of this weight. I have lost 75 pounds since November 2009, and still have a bunch to lose. I hope the tools on this site can help keep me in check!
