How to count deep fried crappie filets

For dinner this evening we will be having cornmeal coated crappie filets deep fried in peanut oil. Anyone have suggestions for calorie count? I can't seem to find anything that quite matches this. Thanks!

Go to Recipe and make a Recipe...Crappie is a white type fish, you know how many ounces, how much corn meal on each fillet (estimate...I use about half tablespoon per fillet) and oil retained (about half to 1 teaspoon per fillet.)
