"Shredding" the weight off
It's a workout by Jillian Michaels that combines strength and cardio in the same workout. 30 days is the "cycle" of the workout.0 -
Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. Lose up to 20 pounds in 30 Days! That's what the DVD cover says anyways! I am on Day 8 of Level 1 and have lost 3.9 inches in 4 days.0

Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" workout. It has three levels, you do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, then level 3 for 10 days. Each level takes approx. 25 minutes but they really work you hard
You get good results by the end of the month...I am going on day 5 of level 3. So far I've lost 8 lbs., don't know how many inches but my clothes definitely fit better!

Hi Wheelieblade-
I take it from your user name that you are in a wheelchair most/all of the time-
I did a quick search on collage videos (which in my opinion is the best resource for workout dvd's) and while I did not find a workout dvd specifically for wheel chair bound individuals- the do have several chiar based dvds- some of which may at least partially work for you
http://www.collagevideo.com/searchresults.aspx?type=all&search=chair
yesterday, while cheering on my husband at his half marathon I also watched the hand bike and wheel chair participants - they were incredible and superfast - perhaps as one of your eventual goals you can include participatng in a race :-)
good luck!0 -
To be technical
Shredded is greater than ripped.0 -
