Does anyone know if the serving size of meat is raw or cooked? example a serving size of ground beef is 4 oz., is that before or after it is cooked?
Thanks,
MK

I go by after....because you eat the end result...0

i think you can choose in the food log, right> either raw or broiled, fried, etc0

Most all food is measured pre-cooked unless it specifies otherwise. For ground beef, if it says 4oz., that is uncooked.0

We actually just got one of those little scales to help us measure meats, and stuff.
When I go to log the meat, I will usually log the raw (uncooked) weight. UNless I do weigh after cooking, and log that way.
