Just started a new workout today that is HIIT and I know others have done this type of workout. How do you log yours? Do you just do it as Aerobic? Am I missing it in the database? I don't have a HRM so I just have to kind of go off of what others are getting.
Thanks for he help!

I do my HIIT workout on the exerbike and keep my hands on its sensors, do this also when I pedal up off the seat so that it can accurately track my calories. I just copy 20 min of spin RPM classes that I have done, and put the stereo on loud!0
