Hi, I am new here. I started late on Saturday so this is really my second day.
I like the ease of logging food and excercise. It is kind of a challenge to see how well I can make everything add up.
I have yo yo'd since my teen years. Today I find myself 70 plus pounds over weight. I really hope the accountabilty here will help keep me going.
I would love to hear from others who are new and who have been at this a while. What works for you?
