Changing Goals

I've been doing this since May 9th - have lost 4 pounds so far, which I feel good about. The first 2 weeks I did 1200 calories per day (which I didn't feel was quite enough for me). The 3rd week I tired zigzagging my calories - didn't see any change in weight loss. This week I've decided to set my daily goal at 1350. My question is - do I get to add my "exercise' calories in or not or are those included?

yes you can still add them (depending on what your lifestyle is set to-if active, I wouldn't add them in). Your deficit is just smaller so you aren't set to lose as much per week. But if you need to eat more then that is the right thing to do. I personally can not exist on 1200 per day!0

Yes, 1200 was hard but zigzagging was too many! I figure if I split the difference, I can manage that.0
