Hello, my name is Brian and i just want to feel better about myself.
My starting weight was 256, my current weight is 229, last checked was 5/30/2011(this morning) my heaviest I've been was 267.
I've just started to not eat junk food and watch what I'm shoving into my body.
I started my diet about a 6 weeks ago, now I am starting to work out and exercise a couple times a week.
I'm not unfit I'm just lazy, I surprisingly can run 3 km but like many people i hate to run, i can bench 160Lbs free weight and I love group sports. Hockey, Soccer, Basketball, and everything else.
Nice to meet you peoples, I hope to make a few new pals :P
