Today is my first day!!!

Hello everyone,
I am new to the sight. I am looking for motivation as well as those who will hold me accountable. I struggle daily with staying on track because I do deal with bouts of severe depression. However, not making anymore excuses- I want to live!!!!

    Hi and welcome!! If we use this site consistently, we'll do fine! I've been a member of this site for a while but kinda petered out. I'm re-starting my fitness / weight loss goals starting TODAY!!! :) I'll motivate you!!:tongue:

    Welcome to MFP. It's a great place to be. Lots of support and motivation here. You can do this, stay focused on the end results. I have lost 87 pounds in 10 months with the help of MFP and my wonderful friends here. Feel free to add me as a friend, we can help support and motivate each other.     Today is a new day and hoping for a new start to the rest of my life. I sometimes make excusses why I can't but today those stop. hoping I can find friends who understand the everyday struggles I go thru and who will be there to pick me up and say your not doing well pick it up! :flowerforyou: honestly is the best and for sometime I have been lying to myself! wish me luck I have a feeling I just might need it!!!

    Hi! I just started last week. We can hold each other accountable. Just make sure to right down everything. I'm keeping a notepad in my purse so I'll write down what I eat when I'm out and don't have access to the site. Good Luck!
