calories and protein

how many calories should you eat a day to lose weight ???? and how much protein i always pass on my protein is that good or bad????

    There are MANY topics on this all over mfp. It all depends on how much weight you need to loose, and how quickly you want to lose it. It is all dependant upon the person though really. You do not want to go under 1200 net calories a day (controversy on this). Some people can actually lose quicker by upping their calories, and some people do what is called zig zagging or cycling. As far as protein.... it's not going to hurt you being over.
