i just made my new favorite snack.
I put peeled chunked apples in a crockpot with some cinnamon, nutmeg,ginger and cloves (careful with the cloves, little goes a long way) added a pinch of water and cooked them for about 6 hours or so. Pretty soft, but still a little body to them. Chilled and then had with some plain greek yo. You could use f/f whipped topping if you wanted, or vanilla yo, whatever you like.
Half a cup is about 48 calories. :)

    Ooo.. yummy!! I'm gonna have to try that for next week for my snack.. That sounds great!! Think I may have to make some sugar free vanilla pudding or maybe try the vanilla yogurt idea.. :)
