Why is it that whenever you go to a diner, if you order something like a grilled chicken sandwich its always so greasy and leaves grease on the bun? What do they cook the chicken on or with that its not actually healthy?

I believe it's the "type" of fat they use. Unhealthy types of fats. Mostly saturated fats.

because they actually fry it on a flat top grill!

Yea, most places use a liquid butter alternative (soy base) that is more like oil that tastes like butter. Oh the nutritional horrors I have seen in the back kitchens of restaurants........yep that stuff tastes GOOD, fat, salt, sugar, butter. Best to just cook your own and call it a "treat" when you go out (which shouldn't be very often).

That's pretty much why restaurant food tastes so good - lots of fat, lots of salt.

they "grill" it with pam then put it on the bun, but your right it's still too much grease, next time hold off until you get home make it better and healthier yourself.
