Wings on arms !!!

I am deathly scared that my arms are not going to tone up I have big arms in proportion to the rest of me and I'm doing strength training among other things as part of my fitness programme I see my arms slowly starting to build muscle but I can't see my wings (affectionate name for flabby tricep area) improving much and I am so scared the damage has already been done.
Would love to hear from ppl who were 100 kg (230lbs) or plus who've lost weight toned up and have been able to tone that area. Does it shrink? or am I doomed for surgery?
I have at least another 25 kgs (55lbs) to go to my goal weight so I am really only in the early stages. But I would like to know if there is hope at least lol.

I'm worried about ANY saggy skin when I finish losing my weight, but I've had 2 friends that have lost over 100lbs and the only problem area they've had is the stomach skin. Their arms and thighs looked fantastic. Everyone is different, we all have different body types. So just work out what you can and hope for the best!!! Good luck!!!0

The only way to eliminate that, besides surgery, is time. Your skin will naturally reduce in surface area back down to "normal".
Just keep up the strength training and weight loss and you will be fine. I'm down from ~270 to ~210 and there's no sagging skin anywhere.0 -

I'm with you , I am worried about any flabby bits - I think it depends on age, how long the skin has been stretched too. My biggest concern is my tummy too. After two kids (one a caesar) it has been all stretched out of shape from when it used to be extremely flat in my 20's, and has been getting bigger progressively over the past 17 years. I'm hoping with diet and exercise I "might" be able to get my flat tummy back but if I'm truthful to myself I've not got a chance in Hades
Oh well, I look a t two lovely kids and think "was it all worth it" HELL YEAH!!!! - suppose it's all part of aging, right :ohwell:0 -

If this site alone is any indicator, there are loads of moms with flat stomachs. Some within months of childbirth, others years later. I have no doubt that you can do it too!0
