Should I exercise now or give myself a week to watch what I eat and then start the exercise routine?

exercise if your body is telling you too!0

Start exercising! The sooner you start the sooner you will form a habit!0

I see no reason to delay excercise if you are physically able:)0

Do whatever you feel your body is up to...try walking this week and then up the cardio and workout routine as the weeks progress.0

Move it!!! Start today! Why wait???0

i would start exercising now.
I think that I make better food choices when I exercise.0 -
When i began dieting, in order to ease the pressure on myself, i watched ONLY my food intake for the first 2 weeks and then incorporated exercise once i felt that i had the eating portion of the regime in the bag
if you feel overwhelmed, tackle the diet portion first and then ease into exercise once you feel secure.0 -
It is always hardest to start. I started a slow work out, just walking the treadmill and did a food journal for a week. Both helped me to start a workout routine and to be aware of what I was putting in my body.0

Exercise!
. It feels good
. You will find you don't loose weight anywhere nearly as fast if you don't
. If you are anything like me you'll find yourself craving healthier food after you work out. That's NOT true for everyone.0 -

I totally agree... My daughter says I'm addicted to exercise. I didn't think I would ever hear ANYONE say that. I look forward to exercising in the evening. I don't exercise in the morning because I have to get up at 4:45am as it is. But I exercise when I get home from work and then again in the evening. Get into the habit as soon as you can.0 -

If you exercise, you'll be less likely to fall of the diet wagon. Go for it !! The sooner the better!0
