My weight loss had stalled over the last month. I am fluctuating between 55 lbs to 60 lbs lost but cannot break the 60 lbs. I have been watching my calorie intake. I am eating at least 1200 cal and eating back most of my exercise calories. My sodium intake is low. My water intake has been high and I have changed my exercise routines. Should I increase my calories or change my goals? Any suggestions????

i got stuck too... i totally changed my exercises and started drinking A LOT more water... after 1 week i had started losing again.0
