Work out video rut

I feel weird about doing other exercises other then work out videos. The last 2 days I have biked and then did yard work. Yet here I sit and feel like I have not worked out in a long time. Yes it feels good that I want to work out with my normal routine, but I don't want to be a slave to work out videos. I want to incorporate exercise in to my everyday life were it does not feel like a set work out. I use a HRM and both days have burned about the same calories as I would have with the video. My only thought is the video is intense and the others are not.

My usual routine is hiking once a week and then 30 day shred 5-6 days a week.

Any advice?
