Butter Flavored Non-Stick Spray

I'm a big fan of butter flavored non-stick spray. I have found there to be endless uses for it. Here are some ways that I like it.

- spray my skillet to make grilled sandwiches then spray the top of the sandwich right before I flip it
- Instead of butter on air popped popcorn (works well for making salt/seasoning stick and gives it a buttery flavor)
- roasting potatoes (spray the dish then spray the top of the potatoes to help brown)
- spray the grill grate before you put it over the coals to prevent your food from sticking to the grill

I actually spray my meat and fish with it before I put the seasonings on it helps the seasonings stick and adds a slight buttery flavor to the meat
