OK people today we are gonna try to do crunches.

Let's see if we can do 250 of them. You can do them any style but if you were with us last week then try to do them in a harder form or better form this week. I do them laying flat on my back but my form is not great so I will be trying to improve on that this week.

Do as many as you can and report back when you are done. Good luck and remember to stretch.
