TUESDAY MINI CHAlLENGE = SQUATS!

Tuesday = 200 squats! You know you love them or at least love to hate them, either way love is involved!
Since I started these mini challenges (a little over a month ago?) I have noticed a serious change in my glutes! My stability in certain yoga poses and core strength has increased noticeably!
I just want to remind everyone it really is important to keep good form, without it you risk injury but ALSO miss out on the maximum benefit of the exercise!

Level 1 = against a wall (can use an exercise ball or towel)
Level 2 = air squat
Level 3 = with weights
Sets of 20-30 and you can break them up!
Post back when you are done by midnight with what you accomplished

Any chance of more of an explaination about level 1 wall - is it holding your hands out against the wall, or your back??
I'm in. Its your fault if I can't do my pilates class tonight!How do you log that as exercise on here, or is it strength (sorry for dim question!)?

Done it! it was leg day today and just added it up and i did more than 200!0

Wall squats are against the wall and you slide your back down it for stability.
Babies are weights! See how many you can do holding a baby
If you do 25 squats after every trip to the bathroom today you could fit them in, they really don't take long and are completely portable!
To log:
Many sets broken up over the day as strength training
But if in just 2-4 sets I think calisthenics0 -
