some of you want to know the name of the book
it is Women's Health the Perfect Body Diet
I am not really doing their eating plan as I am using MFP and charting that way but they have some great exercises and some really cool body type tailored recipes that seem delicious looking at the ingredients alone.
I have plotted all my #s like calories and fat/protein/carb ratio ranges0 -

Thanks for the info! That's very close to what i have been trying to stick too. 1500 on non work out days / 1700 or 1800 on work out days.0
