countdown to "Onederland!"

I was hoping to hit this point middle of last month, but a month of horrid stress slowed it down, but I am sooo damn tickled to be on the countdown to "Onederland". . .scale read 219.8 this AM. . It's read under 220 now for two mornings, so it's REAL!!!
.unfortunately, the heat/humidity is going to throw a huge stick into my routine for exercise, I hate the idea of a gym, but also just can't get myself to get up early enough to be able to use the exercise equipment at home before it gets horridly humid(it never got comfy to do much the last two days, including looking for my dog who took a 24 hr walk about!). . toying with the idea of buying an AC for the exercise room LOL as I'm afraid if I stop even for the hottest months, I won't get back in!

Buy the A/C for the exercise room. It'll probably be cheaper than paying for a gym membership. It's a small investment for a healthier you.0

ROFL, I'm looking at some window units now for just that reason, I've also biked 600 miles since 2/9/11(and that's not biking every day either!) and I'd rather not break the habit!0

AC! JUST DO IT! Thankfully I have my treadmill and dvd's in the basement, and it's a constant 60 down there, so I can't complain, but the thought of going 'out' to run just makes me sleepy. LOL! Buy the ac, if anything, it will cool it down AND help dry out the humidity that you produce. If you can't buy the ac, just buy a big fan and aim it at your equipment for the wind chill...and STAY HYDRATED!0
