Hi, Busy SAHM

Hello
I have been a SAHM for almost 7 years, yikes where did the time go. I have two children, boy 6 in kindergarten and girl almost 4 who was in preschool but is now over for the season.
After I had my son I lost weight, felt great. Then I had my daughter and well, I gained all over. I did lose a nice amount of weight after I had her, but it has slowly creeped up over the years, I have the biggest arms in the world, argh.
After I had my daughter I walked my butt off, and I guess I lost some weight, but then I took a break, guess it was winter. Spring came and I started doing videos, I started losing but the scale never moved. Ok so the last 4 years, I have done shred, kickboxing, walking, and I ran, yes I ran my first 5k last winter, and guess how much weight I lost, 0. I will admit eating got the best of me. This spring I ran 3-4 times a week for over a month, and I still lost nothing.
Now I am working on what I eat and how much. Today is day one. Hopefully I keep myself busy and stay away from the fridge.

Good luck!!
I had the same issues with working my butt off to never see the scale budge! Once I found this site (actually my husband found the app for our phone!) & now I'm down 18 lbs!
You will do great because you have the motivation behind you!0
