    June 8th: 165 ( One pound this week, GREAT!)
    June 15th: 164 (Another one bites the dust :) SUPER!)

    Hi Everyone,

    Sorry I missed last week as I was on the go.. travelling due to family stuff..

    I gained as I expected since i did not get to do much exercise but ate a lot.. yek.. I can not seem to get below 140lbs atleast.. I keep going back and forth between 141 and 143...

    Starting weight: 145
    Goal weight: 125

    June 1st: 143
    June 8th: 142.5
    June 15th: 141.5
    June 22nd: 142(gained)
    June 29th: 142.5 (gained)

    down another 1.6! I don't think I'll get to 160, but I still feel good! I had a few minor set backs at the beginning of the month, but I am so glad that I was able to bounce back!

    I have just about made my goal for this month. Only .4 to go. Now that my stress level is decreasing I should be able to accomplish this within the next few days.
    Pink- Thank you for doing this. You do a wonderful job putting the spread sheet together and keeping all the numbers straight.

    Are we doing this in July as well?


    To everyone who is showing a slight gain- hang in there the gain could be due to anything including water weight gain. You will make it and you can do it.

    Results for this week: (June 29) 276 pounds :(

    It's been a hard week - my wife is in the hospital and my eating and exercise plan is out the window.

    Hope you all are doing well this week though. You can make up for me!

    I'm glad we get to post again on July 1st. Hoping to be at 139.5. Totally fell off the wagon for a bit this month, but climbed back on.
    Looking foward to next months challenge.....On vacation 1st week so could be challenge but hope to hang in there.....
