P90X people, I need an opinion

I am doing the P90X Lean program. I am in week #3, and I want to shake it up a tad before my 4th week of "recovery." I am thinking of subbing Plyo in for Cardio X. They're both cardio workouts. Thoughts?

    Go for it! PlyoX is very challenging. I often sub it in for the Cardio X or Kenpo workouts (neithe rof which I feel challenge me enough). I also run instead of doing those workouts.

    I really enjoy the Kenpo workout. I'm always sweating like a pig when I'm finished with it. But, keep in mind, I'm still on week #3. That could change later.

    If your wanting to switch it up... go for it! Plyo is really tough and will help you bur more calories then cardio X. So it wont really be a recovery week anymore but, if your feeling up to it.. I say go for it. Then if your starting to feel burnt out in week 6 or 7 switch the plyo's for cardio X. Its a bit easier but still a great work out.
