Hope everyone is doing well today! Today is one of my walking days, so I plan on getting in 2-3 miles of waling (depending if my two year old cooperates that long!). I also saw on one of these message boards a site called onehundredpushups.com which is a training program that interested me. I will start that one today as well by taking the initial test. Work hard and have a good one!

Okay, here's my official weigh-in. I was 238 on Monday, and after a couple days of intense exercise and dieting, I'm starting June at 232! I would LOVE to get down to 222 by the end of the month. It would be a dream. I can't lower my calories past 1300-1500, so I'm going to start doubling up on workouts every other day, and try to work out 6 times a week:

I agreee....if "M" is Men and "W" is Women.... I am on the wrong side. Last time I checked.....hang on a minute...... Yup! Still a girl! :blushing:
I'll fix it that was supposed to be the men's chart but the women overtook us this month

I just started 30 Day Shred on the 1st. I'm eating less carbs...and biking to school, weather permitting!0 -

Awesome! I've started p90x a few times and it's great. You're going to see great results...especially if you finish, unlike me! lol0 -

I am in too! Sorry I forgot to post the other day silly me! I was disappointed with my May results so I am even more determined this time!0 -
So, what is everyone doing to reach their goals this month?
First - get a handle on my poor eating and stop snacking on junk. This week I am doing a kick start (900 calories plus eating my exercise calories back then on to 1200 for the rest of June)
Second - drink more water (hopefully will also help with first step!)
Third - exercise exercise and exercise! I have a sedentary lifestyle at the moment (writing my masters thesis) so got my Lateral Thigh Trainer out this morning (one of my old and reliable favourites) and will be indoor jogging (combination of mini trampoline and Wii Fit Plus!). On top of this I hope to go walking/hiking at least one day over each weekend and try and do a DVD workout at least three times a week (at least one cardio and one yoga or similar)
I know I need to work hard, and I also know there will be days when I fall off the wagon (particularly as I am holiday for two weeks in the middle of June!) so I am hoping for a good number for wk 1.0
