Help with adding exercise

I workout 3 days a week with a personal trainer and we do circuit training. 4 - 1 minute intervals at each station with a 15 second rest between intervals. I can't figure out how to add this so I can show that I am working out when I am. We don't use weights, we do body weight exercises, kettleballs, the TRX, the rower and one weight machine that I forget what it is called(it is mainly used for chest, arms & shoulders) and bands. I think I got it all ;o)
Any help would be appreciated.

I would use "circuit training" - just because you're not using "free-weights" doesn't mean its not appropriate.
Though obviously a HRM is the best way to calculate burn.

Thanks for telling me where it was at. I just didn't think to look under Cardiovascular for circuit training. I was looking under strength training.0
