I'm Amy. I'm a 43 year old mom of 8. I live in a small town in Northern Illinois. West of Chicago and South of Rockford. I'm having a lot of trouble keeping 30 pounds off. I gain it, I lose it, I gain it, I lose it. I quit smoking on my 39th birthday and I've never been the same since.
