I think it depends on what your ingesting and if it has enough nutrients and keeps you healthy and happy, if its the physical eating part my suggestion would be soups and smoothies the normal foods you would normally eat but in drinking form.

You would be missing out on a great deal of vitamins and nutrients by sticking to only fruit juices, most likely little to no fat or protein in those. And your carbohydrate intake would be through the roof. Sure you could probably do it, but it wouldn't be healthy for an extended period of time.

You'd have to be very careful that you aren't having too much sugar. I tried a smoothie diet for awhile and I was gaining more than losing because of all the sugar! But if you were doing mostly veggie juices it'd help.

Oh yeah..... I do get sum protein..... 1 drink after each of my workouts... Insanity in the AM, C25K in the PM... and 1 bowl of plain oatmeal for breakfast....

but but for the rest of the day, ughhhh eating in the summer is awful for me... too hot!!...I was thinking fresh squeezed juices & water for the rest of the day

I think that as long as you're getting protein into your drinks as well, you should be fine. Sugar is fairly high in fruit juices so you could see if you like carrot or beetroot juice...less calories too :) Carrot juice mixes really nicely with other fruit juices and there are some really good protein powders out there. Also to get some much needed dark green veg in there you could go for Greens Plus or Spirulina powder or something like that.

    Good luck!

ps. oh and don't forget to keep on top of your minerals and vitamins.

I agree with the others. While you may be getting fiber and carbs from fresh fruit, you're not getting the fats and proteins your body needs. Try smoothies that you can put yogurt in, or protein powder. However, I would just try eating food. A cold salad with chicken...something. Liquid diets are not only had to stick to, but you usually end up gaining weight back when you start eating real food again.

I would think so, but you would definitely have to watch to make sure you are getting enough nutrients and balance to your diet. Add some protein and vegetable smoothies to that list and you should be ok. Make sure to take a multivitamin, Omega 3 supplement and add some fiber to those smoothies. I don't know that I would recommend it as your normal eating plan, but I think if you are getting adequate amounts of protein, fat and fiber, you should be able to ride out a heatwave that way.
