p90x phase 1 of my first round results

Here are the results for my first 4 weeks with the program:
End of phase one measurement results: Total 6.25 overall inches LOST!
Weight: +1.9 (some of this is due to my anniversary weekend and eating whatever I wanted. LOL)
Chest: -.25
Waist: -.5
Hips: -.5
Left Thigh: -1.5
Right Thigh: -2
Left Arm: -.75
Right Arm: -.5
Neck: -.25

Excellent work. You should see even better progress after the 2nd phase. I know I did. The first phase didn't change me much. But the difference between day 30 and day 60 is tremendous. I've got the pics up on my profile, as well as a forum post in here somewhere. Friend me if you like for mutual support, advice, and encouragement.0
