I have been looking at a Suana Suit by Everlast and wanted to get all of your opinions.
Here is the one I am looking at: http://www.sears.ca/product/everlast-sauna-suit/606-000123414-EF7535SL

The information I read varies. Some say the suana suit is dangerous. But then some say its a great way to shed weight quicker.

Has anyone had experience with this suit or know someone who has?

THANKS!!!!!! :)

you're just going to shed water weight. you will put it all back on.

they're more for cutting weight for a contest or fight. you sweat the weight off so you can make it under the weigh in.

Like thkelly said it doesn't help you lose actual weight. It helps you drop water weight by causing you to sweat out water weight. I think this is used more by athletes to make certain weight classes like wrestlers and boxers.

I agree with thkelly. You will lose fast, but it's only water you will sweat off. And your body will do anything to get that back. An easy solution, if you look for a quick way to shed a pound or two in a day to fit into a dress. But no long-term solution.
Could also be a little bit dangerous for those with a weak condition or heart problems. Your body could overheat, if you work too much in that thing.
