Well i realised at my weight check in this morning that i now weigh 3 pound less than i did when i got engaged 9 years ago. So i had a look in my wardrobe and saw hanging there my wedding dress. Wasn't sure it would fit after having 3 babies my body shape has changed especially round the tummy area, still working on that at the moment. Anyway i took the plunge got it out tried it on and amazing it fitted and it wasn't even a tight fit as expected round the waist. It made me feel a little emotional to realise that 3 children later i have finally got back to feeling great still need to lose a lot more to get to a "healthy weight" but i also know now with the support from family friends and this website i can and will do it.
