OMG! I failed every last one of those. I think all of those have crossed my mind at one part or another. I do like eating healthy foods but it ends up seeming tumultorous when I overanalyze and then compare my diet to Susie's diet and she lost 3 pounds while I lost .5 pounds. Then I am back to overanalyzing because I am now trying to change my numbers around and wonder how someone could go from 150-133 in 6 weeks with no problem and they are already little. HA I love it. I think this is just what I needed to take me off that roller coaster. Thanks!
