My friend told me about this site. It's great!
I'm a mom of 5 kids (7,5,3,3,3) wife of 10 years and I'm almost 36. I'd really like to lose all the baby weight from the past 7 years! the triplets did my body in!
I like SB diet and it works for me. I've lost 8 so far...
