AN AT WORK - NSV

So, I've been a member here for about 5 days now (although I started eating healthier about a week and a half ago). I lost 5 lbs. last Saturday when I did my first official weigh in, and wont be weighing again until this weekend.
But, I noticed that I just "fit" better in my desk chair at work than I did Friday! It was never a 'tight squeeze', but I just feel more comfortable sitting here. I have room to wiggle, I can turn in my chair without having to move my whole chair.
A small victory, but it was a little reminder that I'm doing something right!

Lots of boneless/skinless chicken and lettuce! Haha... I also use my elliptical daily (30-60 minutes; usually 2 different work out sessions), and walk during my 30 minute lunch break at work.0

Whoops. Forgot to quote you. But it wasn't exactly 5 lbs in 5 days. I started eating healthier about a week and a half ago; but I've only been a member here for 5 days. ;o)0
