So disappointed in where I'm at

Back in freshman year I lost 40 pounds and I was so happy and confident. Now I finished as a senior and I had a job which made me gain weight. I thought when I left the job it would be easy for me to lose the weight and I was so wrong. I started working out in april and my goal was to lose 20 pounds overall but by june I wanted to have lost 10 pounds and I failed miserably. Like last week I was on my period and I ate unhealthy and somehow lost a pound and now ive been eating healthy and working out and I gained 3 pounds. So in 2 months I lost 5 pounds. And I can tell no difference on my body. It makes me frustrated because im really trying and I feel so uncomfortable and not confident in this body. Please help me to see weight loss results?

Are you logging everything in that you eat? What kind of workouts are you doing?0

You're ticker shows that you are very close to your goal weight. Without knowing what you eat, how much sodium intake and what your workouts are, it is kind of hard to discern what is the problem. What kind of job would cause you to gain weight? Being so close to your goal, it is going to be very slow going. I guess 5 pounds in 2 months for someone your size would be normal. I can lose 5 pounds in a week, but I have 100 pounds to go.0
