Don't have an answer, but I use a HRM and added 30 Day Shred to my exercises so I can record my actual calorie burn.

I think some people to calisthenics and some people do circuit training.

I break it down into what I'm actually doing- for example, I log the jumping jacks, etc. as aerobics, general, the weights/squats as strength training, and the sit ups as calisthenics. I WOULDN'T log the entire video as calisthenics, cause calisthenics burns a TON of calories, and I really don't think the video is consistently getting you up to burning 10-15 calories a minute. Good luck!

Khry how many calories are you coming in at when you break it down?? It's coming in around 187 calories for me when I log it as above. I reckon I must be burning that at least...the sweat is usually rolling off me and I would have classed myself as pretty fit!! :blushing:

i put it under cardio but listed as 30day shed 1 so i can chart the calories burned....but also account for the amount of crunches and pushups so i can see the progress
