Couch 2 5k start this week

Hello MPF Friends,

I decided to start (again) the C25K today and was hoping that some other members might be up for the challenge. And the encouragement. I feel that if I have some friends in the community doing it as well I won't end up being as likely to drop it a few weeks in like in the past.

Here's to being able to make it through 5k without too much huffing and puffing!

    I made it thru...40 years old and several pounds over weight

    I still huff and puff, but can jog 30 minutes at 3.8 miles an hours

    LOVE C25k program...I did the treadmill version and have only jogged once outside (so far)
