Losing fat % not weight

I haven't written much here yet. I am currently running about 30 miles per week/daily runs. I don't really have that much weight to lose. I am at 196-197 and wish to be at or under 185. I am 6 ft 1/2 in. Curious that I am not lifting weighs, but my fat % according to my Tanita scale has dropped another 1% and my clothes feel better. Total fat% starting loss was 24%. Now it's down to 18.5% I know clothing feel & fat% is more important than scale weight but I am just a little more concerned this time around, that it's not going fast enough. Thanks for listening.
