I'm going to a pool party this weekend and wants some new ideas of what to bring. I know I'll make my cilantro cole slaw but was hoping for an inspiration of something else to make.

    Chicken (grilled by Foreman Grill), chopped up cucumbers with a teaspoon of salad dressing and some lime on it.

    A small serving of pretzels or some greek yogurt (Vosko's is my favorite).

    I made this for the first time today and it was soooo good and really easy!

    It's nice a light, too, perfect for a pool party :)

    I saw a post somewhere on here before for Deviled Eggs using Yogurt instead of Mayo. Great for pool party! Also, a German friend of ours just made the best and refreshing salad. Sounds a little gross, but ooohhh so good!

    Mix Watermelon, Cucumber slices, Green Onions and some Feta cheese crumbles together. Have a great time and remember your SPF! :smile: :flowerforyou:
