Scale turn-around

Ok, so I'm COMPLETELY stressin because I normally DO NOT weigh myself daily, just once per week...

...BUT my weigh-in day is tomorrow and I am 3-4lbs off from what I SHOULD be seeing. :grumble:
Now, I'm NOT new to the game, I understand that your weight can fluctuate 3-4lbs in one day and I've been doing EXACTLY what I should be doing-nothing different.

I used to go crazy when this happened, but when weigh-in day came it always turned out fine.

BUT that does not negate the fear/worry that comes with this situation...the "what-ifs" of weight-loss if you will...

Does anyone else have any scary, but positive, scale turn-around stories????

Might I suggest that you weigh in daily?

"In the absence of information, the troops will invent their own." — I saw that when I was in the Army. I weigh in every day, sometimes more than once.

Why? Daily weigh in, under as close to the same conditions as I can (after I use the toilet before I take BP or eat) gives me a consistent reading so I know where I've been, weight-wise. In 172 days, I've had very few surprises.

"worry" - please don't "worry" about a few pounds up or down. Worry is when the doctor doesn't take out all of the tumors off of your wife's sternum but shakes his head and walks away when you ask him why. Don't sweat the small stuff.
