Just joined the site yesterday but hAve been battling fitness for 35 years. I was a the peak of my physical fitness over 10 years ago (195 pounds and less than 10% body fat). But during medical school/training/family/etc.....have settled into 220lbs and slightly more than 10% (or a lot more). I've tried all the gimmicks-- atkins, ideal protein, bootcamp, cross fit-- but have not found the magic bullet. My biggest frustration seems to be that I put in a lot of effort, but always sabotage myself along the way. I love intense workouts, but am an awful closet eater.

I'm hoping the food journal will keep me honest. I'm hoping that being honest will bring results. Glad to be on board. WIll post pics shortly to chart progress
