Protein shakes/ mixes

Are there downsides to using them on a regular basis?
I do eat meat and some protein-y veggies, but protein shakes are just so much easier to make!

There are a lot of people that think they hinder weight loss, cause head aches, etc.. but I haven't had any of that. I love mine! I am a student so it is impossible for me to eat 4oz of chicken every three hours. My advice would be to try it out and see how you like them.0

I haven't had any bad side effects with mine either, so I guess I'll stick with them.

I think they are great post workout or a pinch / stay in positive nitrogen balance w protein.
Liquid is easier to digest so I try to get plenty of lean protein from food0
