Are there downsides to using them on a regular basis?

I do eat meat and some protein-y veggies, but protein shakes are just so much easier to make!

There are a lot of people that think they hinder weight loss, cause head aches, etc.. but I haven't had any of that. I love mine! I am a student so it is impossible for me to eat 4oz of chicken every three hours. My advice would be to try it out and see how you like them.

Thanks for the responses. Good to hear :) I haven't had any bad side effects with mine either, so I guess I'll stick with them.

I think they are great post workout or a pinch / stay in positive nitrogen balance w protein.
Liquid is easier to digest so I try to get plenty of lean protein from food ;)
