Hi everyone,
I'm Jennifer. This is my first time ever using a site like this. I have gained about 80 pounds during my past two years of college. seeing 200 lbs on the scale was a wake up call, but now that i'm up to almost 240 im desperate to change. If I can get to the point where my thighs don't rub I'll be one happy camper.I'm 5'8" and would LOVE to get back to the healthy 160lbs i was in HS. Im anxious to start this plan and I hope, and pray that it works for me. One of my friends whom i go to school with shared this site with me, she's had GREAT results.

Hi Everyone, My name is Susan and I just joined today...looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey on this site. I just left a well know weight loss community and had lost 25 pounds! I am hoping to lose some more. I don't want to say exactly how much as I am afraid that I will jinx it lol

Welcome to MFP! If you're ready to make the change, then it will go your way. I would say, don't HOPE it works, MAKE it work. Any time you are confused, or have a question, don't hesitate to ask, or search for the answer, it's likely already out there. Watch your calories very carefully, and be honest with the diary. You CAN do this!0
