females - irregular period with weight loss? exercising?

Okay so I got a normal 5-day period two weeks ago. Then after a week I started bleeding again for 2 days. Not a lot, but more than barely anything. Now after 3 days of being fine, I am bleeding again.
I'm not on any medication. I was on Yaz back in August, had a 20 day period, and stopped taking Yaz, and period went back to normal. That is my only experience with BC.
I know it's normal for our cycles to get a little messed up with weight loss and exercising, but I thought that would mean less of a period not more. Anyone else go/going through this?
Or does anyone know how to make it effing stop? I can't really deal with my PMDD symptoms on a regular period, and now this is really driving me mad. I can't afford to go to my doctor and pay the co-pay just for her to tell me that it'll adjust with time. And I am not going on BC again. So I really don't know what to do. This is probably a pointless post, but does anyone have a miracle cure, or should I just grab my razor blade and cut out my ovaries?

My period has been messed up for the last two months. Ive never been regular, but I was 10 days late this last month. The only different thing was that I increased my weight lifting. So, I guess yes, it can happen!0

So here's my input on this based on dealing with zoloft and a 3 month period. The gyn informed me that hormones are in fat. So when you change the amount of horomones in your body it will change how your body reacts. Periods are hormonally induced. So even though its been 6 months since you were on the Yaz it may still be in your system a little, enough that any weight loss or weight change may cause a difference. Or your body is just trying to re regulate. Your best bet would be to call a gyn and see what they say.0

If I make the slightest change to my diet my cycle gets all messed up. Sometimes late, sometimes early..sometimes not at all.
Im not doctor and never talked to a doctor about this problem but Im pretty sure its normal for this to happen when you make changes to your diet.

So, it seems to be a a result of running on a treadmill (no harm from elliptical "running" or walking)0
