Re-dedicating myself in more ways than one!

Hi all... So a couple of months ago I started working out with my trainer and today he took it to me verbally, telling me that I need to be dedicated and set some goals. He told me that goal number one - join myfitnesspal so that we can look at what I'm doing. However, in order to really track what's going on it means I also have to dedicate myself to writing down everything that goes in my mouth, and all the lack of physical activity that I'm not doing!

So here goes... I'm lizzie, live in mn, married for almost a year and trying to lose a big-gulping 50 pounds. I'm working from home which means I'm one step closer to the fridge and I hate tomatoes - especially baby ones that go in salads. Now I have goals to figure out and goal #1 I guess is complete - I've joined and I hope that together we can keep each other inspired, motivated and most of all accountable!
