Finally Introducing myself

Hi,

My Name is Brett, I have been using MFP for over a month with great results so far. It has helped me to focus, to count calories and monitor my exercise with better than expected results. I am now deciding that to further my weight loss goals I should put myself out there for the rest of the MFP world to look for encouragement and maybe help to encourage someone as well.

I normally work out in some way shape or form 3 to 4 times a week, and since first month is behind me I just thought i would see whom else is out there and maybe find others near me who are motivated and might possibly want to join up occasionally to either walk, bike, exercise or just hang out.
