PB2 is a powdered peanut butter without the fat and 1/2 the calories. A smoothie with greek yogurt, some skim milk, cocoa, PB2 and a little Splenda. If you make it ahead of time, don't use ice and put in the freezer, then take out a little while before you drink it. If you make and drink right away, add ice to make it slushy. It is really yummy!0

I just made some AWESOME chicken salad:
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. chopped chicken (cooked)
1/3 cup craisins
5 celery stalks chopped (or however much you want)
1 mango chopped
1 apple chopped
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup low fat sour cream
2 T milk
1 t to 1 T of Tarragon (start with 1 t. and add more if you want)
Almonds or pecans - optional
Mix mayo, sour cream, milk, and tarragon. Mix all other ingredients. Add dressing to chicken and veggies. Serve in pita pocket, or over spinach or lettuce greens. Makes about 8 cups - came up with 137 calories per cup at mfp. SOOOOOOOOOOO good!!! Good luck!!!0 -
Thank You both, I'll give both of them a shot once Ive gathered up some ingredients0
