Whenever I workout I get pain in my ankles and feet. I'm 270 ish pounds so IDK if it's related to my overweight/out of shapeness. I was doing turbo fire today when it happened but I was barefoot. It happens when I do C25K too. My husband says when I'm running, my shoes might be too tight. I was fitted for shoes. Help!

I experience the same and I was told it was my arches. I was fitted for arch supports. I have one for regular walking and another for exercise but I still have some discomfort. I also do modified exercises for my injured leg. I noticed less pain as I began to lose weight after about 10 lbs.0

You're most likely dehydrated and need more potassium. Make sure that you drink all of your water before you work out. Get yourself some coconut water (natures Gatorade) and that should help a bunch.0
